I'm just getting into Running Man, so take this suggestion with a grain of salt, but for chills, I really enjoyed ep 476-477, the Mysterious Animal Farm. The games were a blast and the final race was really well scripted and played out like a movie (in my opinion). I thought the theme was pretty neat, too. Also, loved the guests.
